01

Working together

What does Clarity & Capability do?

Clarity & Capability helps established organizations identify where AI can create meaningful value and build the capability to use it effectively. Our work includes organizational AI education, AI Business Audits, post-audit implementation, employee training, adoption support, and ongoing optimization.

What types of organizations do you work with?

We work with established privately owned companies and other organizations with growing teams, operational complexity, and leadership interest in using AI strategically. We also support nonprofits, educational institutions, professional associations, and corporate teams when the engagement is a strong fit.

Why do you emphasize human-centered AI?

Technology should empower people, not overwhelm them. Successful AI adoption depends on whether employees understand the change, trust the process, and can use the solution confidently. We consider people, processes, and operations—not only the technology—throughout every engagement.

How do we get started?

Start by completing the AI Business Audit application. It helps us understand your organization, goals, and current challenges before recommending a next step. Organizations seeking a workshop or speaking engagement can use the contact form instead.

How much do your services cost?

Engagements are scoped around the organization’s needs, complexity, participants, and desired outcomes. After reviewing your application or inquiry, we recommend an appropriate scope and provide a tailored proposal before work begins.

02

AI Business Audits

What is an AI Business Audit?

An AI Business Audit is a structured review of how your organization currently works. It examines workflows, tools, bottlenecks, repetitive work, communication gaps, business goals, and AI readiness to determine where AI may create the greatest practical value.

What is included in an AI Business Audit?

The audit typically includes business discovery, stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, technology review, pain-point analysis, AI-readiness review, opportunity identification, business-impact modeling, prioritization, strategic recommendations, and a phased implementation roadmap. The exact scope is tailored to the organization.

What do we receive at the end of the audit?

You receive a clear picture of the current-state challenges, a prioritized set of AI opportunities, practical recommendations, and an implementation roadmap. Where appropriate, the analysis may include estimated time savings, capacity value, costs, or return—clearly identified as modeled projections until implementation results can be measured.

Is strategy and roadmapping a separate service?

No. Strategy, prioritization, and the implementation roadmap are part of the AI Business Audit. They are grounded in your actual workflows and needs rather than developed as a separate, generic strategy exercise.

What happens after the AI Business Audit?

Some organizations use the roadmap internally. Others continue with Clarity & Capability for implementation, workflow optimization, custom AI solutions, team training, adoption support, or ongoing optimization. There is no requirement to continue beyond the audit.

Do you implement AI solutions before completing an audit?

No. Implementation begins only after an AI Business Audit—or an equivalent discovery and prioritization process—has established what should be built, why it matters, and how it should fit the organization.

Do you build custom AI solutions?

Yes, after the audit has validated the opportunity. Depending on the roadmap, post-audit implementation may include AI-assisted workflows, custom assistants, knowledge systems, communication and follow-up support, automation, documentation, training, and adoption support.

03

Workshops & speaking

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No. Workshops can support beginners as well as teams that have experimented with AI but need clearer, more consistent practices. The content, examples, and pace are selected for the audience’s experience level and objectives.

Are workshops customized?

Yes. Core teaching frameworks and proven exercises may be reused, while examples, emphasis, activities, and recommendations are adapted to the audience, industry, experience level, and desired outcomes.

What AI tools do you teach?

Tool selection depends on the engagement. Common platforms may include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other tools relevant to the organization’s work. The goal is practical capability, not promoting a particular product.

What will participants leave with?

Participants leave with greater confidence, practical prompting skills, responsible AI practices, useful workflows, and tools or resources they can begin applying immediately. Specific takeaways depend on the workshop’s goals and format.

Do you offer speaking engagements?

Yes. Speaking topics focus on practical, human-centered AI, the future of work, leadership through technological change, and helping people move from AI confusion to confidence. Presentations can be adapted to the event’s audience and goals.

Do you travel?

Yes. Clarity & Capability is based in Metro Detroit and can travel for workshops, training, speaking engagements, and agreed consulting work. Availability, location, and travel requirements are confirmed during the inquiry process.
